Discrete Shipping

All orders will be shipped in Express Post pre paid satchels and there will be no reference to the name Sexpert Toys – all packages will be marked with our return postal address and the name J&E Industries.

Discrete Payments

Your Credit card statement will NOT show reference to the website name Sexpert Toys on your credit card statement. Payments are made to J&E Industries.

Shipping Services

All orders are sent out via Australia Post – we offer regular Express Post service as well as a ‘Signature On Delivery’ service, which will require you to sign for delivery, or nominate someone to collect and sign on your behalf.

Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery to all East coast metropolitan areas. A little longer to the West coast and regional areas.

Return Policy & Procedure

Please choose carefully before you buy, due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange policy if you simply change your mind on any of our products. We are determined to leave a lasting impression of genuine customer service satisfaction with all our customers and we assure you we will at all times do everything in our power to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with shopping on our website.

If you receive your product and notice a genuine defect, or it is not as shown or described as on the website at time of order we are required to refund or offer an exchange for your purchase amount (less the cost of shipping to you) upon you returning the faulty product to us. We are also happy to exchange the product for a different product of your choice for the same value. Please note standard postage fees apply to all return orders.

When returning your product please include. Your full name, order number and reason why you are returning the product.

All returns must be approved by Sexpert Toys by contacting us via our contact form.

All products are checked prior to shipment and are only shipped if we are 100% happy that the item is free of defects.
